Timetable
12-1.30pm:
On arrival, we'll get everyone into groups and join a bowling lane.
1.30-3pm: Arcade and Card Games
We'll then head to play some games - in our groups, we'll be swapping between card games, uno, and arcade (30 minutes at each).
FYI:
You don’t have to join the group games if you don’t want to!
There are free console games you can play as much as you want if you’d rather do your own thing.
You can join in with games any time you like - just speak to one of our team!
Access Key:
There is background music playing medium volume, as well as background chatter from other people talking. The arcade machines also a bit noisy, but not too much and you can walk away from them.
There will be some other people in the venue, but should be space to move. There will be hired booths we can sit in for a little bit of private space.
The lights are quite soft, low indoor lighting.
Everything is on the ground floor and there is an accessible toilet.
There is no separate chill out zone - we will have a table reserved with ear defenders and fidgets toys, you can go here any time.
Spending Money
You do not need to bring spending money.
The console video games are free, but you will need to bring £5 spending money for the arcade machines.
Drinks will be provided but please bring money if you would like food - click here to see the menu.
