EXPECTED GROUP SIZE: 8 people (maximum)
People will be in smaller groups during activities ( up to 4 people in one booth playing video games)
Activity Plan:
For the duration of the session, staff will organise everyone into groups (up to 4) to play games in a booth.
Staff will also regularly check to see if people want to switch games & groups - this will depend on what games everyone wants to play together!
There will also be board games available to play.
If anyone wants to do their own thing, they can play an arcade game at any time, featuring loads of classic retro games!
Access Key:
There is background music playing medium volume, as well as background chatter from other people talking
There will be some other people in the venue, but should be space to move. There will be hired booths we can sit in for a little bit of private space.
The lights are regular: there are big windows letting in daylight, and the indoor lighting is like a typical bar/cafe.
Everything is on the ground floor and there is an accessible toilet.
There is no separate ‘chill out zone’ room - there will be a table with fidget toys and ear defenders you can use at any time.
Spending Money:
Squash and water will be provided, but not any food. Please bring some spending money if young people want to buy food - see their menu here.
Please aim to arrive at 5pm - young people can leave any time, but no later than 7pm, which is when the session ends.
If you would like to join, please book a ticket!
